The firm’s order book has been anchored, through five decades, by corporate and institutional facilities and by international hotels — the class of client whose commissioning brief arrives with the performance requirement already written down. Work of that kind is won on specification and kept on delivery, and it is the discipline this firm was built around.
Specification grade is the standard
A Ceiling GH grid is the charge of one named member of the Project Office, from the opening survey to the warranty. The substrate is confirmed, materials are called up against the ruling standard, quality is checked in stages, and acceptance is signed — the sequence that separates a specification-grade ceiling from a commercial fit-out.
Where the work stands
The portfolio concentrates in Accra, with a second established base of commissions in Kumasi. Boardroom and headquarters ceilings, hotel ballroom and lobby installations, fire-rated healthcare grids, heritage cornice restoration — different rooms, one standard. What has not changed since 1973
